用于在内存中读写字节的单向管道。

它可以通过 simplex 函数构造，该函数会创建一对读取器和写入器； 也可以通过调用 SimplexStream::new_unsplit 构造， 该函数会创建一个既可读又可写的句柄。

创建一个像内存中管道一样的单向缓冲区。要创建带分离读取器和写入器的拆分版本，可以使用 simplex 函数。
